It does not matter when you wiegh yourself as long as you do it as the same time. I.e. weigh yourself when you get out of bed. The honest truth is weighing youself is not the best. The more you go the gym the more fat you burn and the more muscle you produce. Muscle is far heavier than fat so you could look very slim and toned but weigh more than expected as your all muscle!
Speak to your gym, the best thing to use is a body fat meter.
Good luck and stay healthy!

I have weighed myself before and after. I usually find very little change. If your doing aerobic exercise were you sweat a lot, you gain the water lost back as soon as you drink. Best result's are gotten by keeping a record and do this over a period of time like a week. Better yet a month.

The absolute best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you wake up. The human body produces 1/3of a cup of body perspiration and moisture while you sleep. It does this in circumstances where you absorbe to much water during the day. First thing in the morning will give you an unbiased weight measurement.

To find out roughly how much water you lose in a workout weigh yourself before and after. If you haven't drunk anything during your workout the difference is roughly how much water you have lost during training.
(1Kg=1Lt. so 500g loss could be 500cl) You have to take your workout kit off though, otherwise it will just have soaked into your clothes.
Other than that if you are trying to monitor your weight you should try to do it at the same time and under as similar circumstances as possible.

According to Curves, the best time to weigh yourself in relation to workout is before. However, the best time to weigh yourself is using the same time every day, same scale, and wear the same amount of clothes (if any at all).

In the morning after you wake up.. You tend to weigh less in the am. After eating all day etc.. you will retain water and actually feel as though you haven't lost any weight.. Don't do it daily.
