In front of my tongue i have red spots, it is full of it. These are not painful. And at the back of my tongue there are like white spots. They are not painful either and can be scraped. these are small, and are like white coating. is it due to lackof hygiene? Or is it a fungal infection? pls help i am worried.

The red spots could be your taste buds just showing more. If you find your food and drink doesn't taste so good, the white spots could be a fungal infection. If it was thrush your tongue would have a white coating. Go to your doctor. In the mean time, mix a couple of teaspoonfuls of salt into a glass of warm boiled water and gargle with that. Don't swallow it.

Sandee is right. They are most likely just normal anatomy that you never noticed before. Search the internet for an image of a tongue and see if it looks like yours.

you'll live lol no damage or permanent damage, because with a low blow headache and redness is expected. but its nothing to worry about, it will stop in a day or 2 :) the skull is strong and your brain is surrounded by fluid to protect it. Just tell ur friend not to hit you in the head again lol. hope that cheers u up :)

Sometimes the little bumps on your tongue swell up and it looks strange but it is usually sort of painfull. I just rinse my mouth with salt, which tend to kill off all bacterial things. Try it, it might work...

old=way;; brush teeth regular, then after each time brush mouth & teeth w/ Peroxide, it's not as bas as it seems.... After 2 or 3 days if not btr. go to Doc. or Dentists,,,,Goodluck ,,,,,lee b , ur GROSS

i dont think you should be that worry if they dont hurt... i have them to and i think i had them all my life.
