Yes you can. This is one of the few area's that the disease can be transmitted through.

As nobody can control the amount of secretions one produces, it is quite a risk to be taking.

HIV is transmitted through body fluids ONLY.

I would definately advise no to any unprotected genital contact. It is a risk definately not worth taking.

presumably by 'no secretions' you mean he didn't ejaculate? but he will have been secreting some lubricating fluids as he became aroused, and yes, it would be possible to get HIV from these. if you have any doubts about his HIV status you should get tested.

and use condoms in future :)

I would say no. His boldily fluids have to enter your body in order for the virus, (or hepatitis and other organisms) to pass on to you. Fluid cannot enter from him to you through the skin, it is water tight! It has to get in through an orifice, i.e the urethra, torn skin in the anus, gums that are prone to bleeding.
