i do 3 differnt types of sit ups and do about 4 sets of 30 of each about 4 times a week. i have done this for about 3 months and still do not have much of a six pack. i am quite thin and have a very fast metabolism but the only fat i do have seems to be on top of where my six pack should be. i am 180 cm tall and 70 kgs in weight.

Okay, weight has always been a problem for me, because food has always been a source of consistancy, if that makes much sense. It's always there, and it's up to me what I eat, plus I just enjoy it. That's not the issue at hand, but I don't know if it contributes.

If I don't eat roughly every 1-2 hours, my moods are awful. It's like my blood-sugar just drops SUPER fast and violently - I get tearful, very depressed (and yes, I mean that word in the genuine and severe sense) my moods are violent and explosive and I just feel like nothing is achievable. If I eat something, my moods go back up and I feel happier. But by that point, I just want something to eat that's instant and more fullfilling than a piece of fruit, which is generally chocoate, crisps, whatever is to hand (and with young sisters around and 2 older brothers, that is a LOT of junk food!)

What's the best way to combat my blood-sugar crisis? Can it be remedied by going 'cold turkey' or am I stuck with it?

Em

I'm just starting to exercise again after a several month hiatus. I'm happy with my overall weight, but would like to either lose or tone belly fat. With just watching what I eat, I lost 4 inches in fat over the past year. I'd like to lose another 3 to 4 inches. Without it, I should be wearing a size smaller in clothes.

Has anyone had success with any exercise or eating regimens?

My aunt had a rare form of cancer which led her to a vegtible state for 2 months. She was in the intensive care unit where she was fed interveniously and recieving pure oxcygen. Her heart was continuing to beat. As long as her heart continued beating, my uncle wouldn't let them shut down the machines, despite a recommendation to do so by a Physician who had basically given up all hope of her comming out of the veg. state. Her heart then stopped and they recessitated her for half an hour. She was continually recieving pure oxcygen and the pressure on the chest was helping her blood flow since her heart had stopped. The Dr.s were going to stop recessitating her and tried once more and her heart started beating again. The cancer completely dissapeared and she is walking around healthy. The act of God was at work here but does pure oxcygen that the body was recieving, persistance from physicians, allow a persons heart to restart a clean slate, completely cured?

My wife is 61, past menopause (so we thought) but still has these occasional sweating episodes. She is not on any kind of hormone therapy and generally healthy.
The episodes generally happen in bed. They can happen spontaneously and can also be triggered by an external temperature change such as me snuggling up next to her. When I do that sometimes one minute later, BANG, she breaks out in this cold clammy sweat.
This doesn't always happen but it is annoying and not conducive to physical relationships if you get the picture.
So what's going on? Any women solved this problem?

It's white, cloudy, occasionally has bits of mucus (green or yellow) in it, and i sometimes cough so hard it flies across the room (ich!). Several times a day. A guy looked down my throat thru my nose but saw nothing. It gets worse after I eat or drink something but can happen anytime. I'm on Protonix to get rid of it, but it's only getting worse. Anyone know what the heck it is?
