Other than Cystic Acne all other forms of acne are usually either environmental or food related. Stuffing mud's, clays and creams on it wont rid the acne when your freebasing junk food. I am 50 years old and I break out in the occasional acne when I eat chocolate. It attacks the back of my neck and back of my skull.
Now as far as skin care... I home make my own soap. If you want a good skin cleansing and moisturizing easy to follow recipe Email me for it.
Good luck on that

Just make sure you rinse really well and scrub with a long-handled brush to get rid of the shampoo and hair conditioner that's causing the acne on your back. Use only oil-free products on your body.

I would recomend benzaclin (which you can get with a perscription from your doctor) because it quickly dries up zits. Try cleaning your back every night before bed (I like stidex pads for this) and applying benzaclin. Also make sure that you wash your bras often because oil can get trapped in them and cause breakouts.

Oil of Olay wash cloths are very good to cleanse your face with. They have the soap right in them and leave your face clean and soft. You just throw them away when finished and can find them at your local pharmacy or Wal-Mart.
