the best thing you can do is apply some rubbing alcohol to a cottonball and apply it to your face every morning and night...and I promise -you will see results the next morning....try it for a few days and if you have no results then you have something internal going on and will need to see a dermatologist.

DO NOT TOUCH IT, that may leave you permanent scars
What i recommend you is to see a dermatologist, because they can give you the prescription for the product i recommend you, The name is Roaccutane, that product will permanently remove all your pimple of your face for life. The treatment takes from 6 to 9 months aprox, depending on your skin condition, if it is severe or not. The dermatologist use that product if you keep having acne problems, because it is that good that will makes you do not visiting them again. So if you go to a dermatologist i recommend you that you tell him or her that you want that product, because they will start with soft ones and on the end you will have to use that one.
Take in consideration that the treatment may give you in the beginning some headaches and if you have an oily skin, you will feel it dry.
I understand your situation, because i have the same problem and i know how it feels. That makes you to stay every day on your house because of your embarasing. So go direct to the point to your dermatologist and tell him about the Accutane and you will see.
Good Luck

It is important to use skin friendly products and not pinch the pustules so that there are no scars formed. A good soap like Neutrogena or Cetaphil is recommended. Mild oil free skin creams should only be used . This link should provide more remedies.

Canned Salmon every two weeks helps, heres an easy dinner recipie that goes along with it:
Remove the back bones of the canned salmon then mix with 2 tablspoonfuls of dried parsley, sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, then mix in 1 teaspoonful corn or sunflower oil. Bake covered at 325 F for 30 to 45 minutes, you might uncover an additional 10 minutes to remove excess liquid if needed.
Along with this, wash some whole potatoes, place individual potatotes on alum foil, spinkle on black pepper and garlic powder, add a tablespoonful of vegetable oil wrap and bake at 350 for an hour, maybe longer. serve with butter or sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. (Note you need to place on a tray to catch the oil if it leakes from the al wrap so no fire in oven occurs)
(this is not my recipie, got it from the net, I would like to give credit for it if I knew the name).

I make my own cleansing moisturizing soap. Email me for recipe if your interested. But I can say, I look forward to my daily showers. Feels clean and refreshing and I have no acne unless I freebase junk foods. And that sinfully happens on occasion lol.

Clearasil's got a lot of good products (go to their website to find out what would work best for your skin).
Some of it seems expensive, but is worth the price.
