Okay, weight has always been a problem for me, because food has always been a source of consistancy, if that makes much sense. It's always there, and it's up to me what I eat, plus I just enjoy it. That's not the issue at hand, but I don't know if it contributes.

If I don't eat roughly every 1-2 hours, my moods are awful. It's like my blood-sugar just drops SUPER fast and violently - I get tearful, very depressed (and yes, I mean that word in the genuine and severe sense) my moods are violent and explosive and I just feel like nothing is achievable. If I eat something, my moods go back up and I feel happier. But by that point, I just want something to eat that's instant and more fullfilling than a piece of fruit, which is generally chocoate, crisps, whatever is to hand (and with young sisters around and 2 older brothers, that is a LOT of junk food!)

What's the best way to combat my blood-sugar crisis? Can it be remedied by going 'cold turkey' or am I stuck with it?

It sounds like you may have hypoglycemia (my oldest daughter has it and has many of the same symptoms), but I'm not a Dr., so I'd recommend that you get a thorough exam to find out for sure. If that is the case, while you don't have to forgo treats altogether, you will need to add more protein and complex carbs to your diet. You might want to keep some healthy and nutritious snacks on hand where they are easy to grab when you are hungry. Like some grilled chicken breast strips with honey mustard sauce, etc. If you do have simple carbs (white bread, chips, candy, etc.), make sure that you have some milk or something high in protein to keep your blood sugar from crashing later. Not only will you feel better, but you won't feel as hungry.

You don't say if you have been diagnosed with an insulin problem. It sure sounds to me like that is the problem. I am diabetic and I have a sister-in-law that has low blood sugar. Her mood changes were almost frightening to the people around her.

The best advice I can muster is go see your Doctor and explain the situation. Some blood tests are available; an A1C test will give you an average blood sugar level for about the last 90 days. Also a glucose tolerance test will tell the Doctor some things also.

I don't want to scare you but if you are diabetic and this continues untreated and uncontrolled irreversible damage can occur. I am an example of uncontrolled diabetes. I have virtually no feeling in my feet aside from a sensation that they are swollen. I have about 20-30% of the feeling I should have in my legs below the knee. This numbness is accompanied by sever pain. I know, numb and pain don't go together, I can assure you when the problem is neuropothy they most certainly do go together. I have very little feeling left in my hands as well. In addition the circulation problems associated with diabetes means I sometimes have trouble getting warm. All these symptoms could have been avoided with an earlier diagnosis.

Please, go see your Doctor, it could change your whole life. And, if you are one of us, there are resources to help with diet and other things we have to endure. I am availabe through my profile if you want or need more information.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.
