how does a woman tell if she has a yeast problem?

Make sure you eat a balanced diet, and drinking acidophilus milk or eating yogurt that contains live Lactobacillus organisms can also be helpful in keeping a balance. Cotton underwear is also helpful in preventing moisture from developing. Make sure after going to the bathroom that you wipe from front to back. I'm 36. I have never had a yeast problem. I eat yogurt which kills yeast. Women get that for different reasons, including overwashing insides. (I'm not saying the D word they might send me a violation notice).

Yeast infections -- sometimes called candidiasis -- takes many forms. They often develop where a moist environment encourages fungal growth, especially on the webs of fingers and toes, nails, genitals and folds of skin. Types include:

What Causes Yeast Infections?

Candida albicans is a fungal organism, or yeast, that thrives in your mouth, gastrointestinal tract, and skin; your body produces bacteria that keep it in check. When fungal growth exceeds the body's ability to control it, yeast infection develops.

This can happen when you are weakened by illness or upset by stress. Modern antibiotics that treat many ailments can actually kill the bacteria that otherwise control fungal outbreaks.

itching,discolor discharge,dry,a fishy smell,guy's also can get yeast infections from there partner.they must get antibiotics from the doctor there r no signs 4 guy's in less they know there partner has an infection and has unprotected sex with them while she has the infection.if u use favored condom's,lubs,colored underwear(the dye's)tight jeans, can cause a yeast infection 2.(but we all wear these)just wash and let it breath.
