If you don't mind that I share with you an exercise that we did in the military I think this will help your abs.
We would do a modified version of the BEAR SITUP. We used a normal kitchen chair and sit in it sideways. Put our feet under something heavy like the dresser or stove or fridge and do sit ups by going all the way back to the floor and all the way back up. Each other pass back and forth twist to one side, then the other working both sides equally.
Warning, warning, warning!!! don't do more than 4 or 5 for the first time even though you might be pretty fit. That exercise is not for novices to abuse the first few times. Your body will figure out what your capable day two. Just do no more than 5 and see how well you roll out of bed tomorrow.

All of those exercises mentioned below are great, and what you are currently doing is just fine, however you can exercise all you want, if your diet isn't good you'll never get a defined and cut solid six pack, the work out is only 20%, your diet is 80%......try front loading your carbs, eliminating white carbs and fried foods, stay away from soda pops etc, your beverage intake should consist of at least 64oz of water a day, and for other beverages w/ meals or w/e you can drink juices and milk, even that flavored water is ok.....good luck..

cortisol causes belly fat, you need relacore. maybe maybe not. you could have just excess water weight. If you can feel that six pack through you fat and it feels nice, then your problem is getting it to show, if not then you need more work. for water weight drink two galons of water a day for two weeks, then cut out all added salt and one galon for four days then 1/2 galon for two days. see how you look then. It won't last this way, but you'll see where your at. cut added sodium for good and you'll see better lasting results.
