Supposed to be around 3400, but that's rare. Usually around 2500 because I'm trying to lose weight for running.

the recommended intake is 2000 for women. seen as every body's body is different, u may need more or less. a dietitian or your doctor can advise how much you need, i only need 1250 a day

i probably eat about 2 thousand calories and donot work out and im really tiny

1,200 is the ideal amount. I'd say that if you're wanting to lose weight, don't go above that, but don't go below 700 (or something around that number).
