oatmeal is really good for you. but get 100% natural whole grain or whole wheat rolled oats.Don't get the aertifical kind with all the **** put into it, its the instant thats bad for you. Read the ingredients. Anyways, oatmeal is awesome for your internal organs, specifically your liver and pancreas and some other organs I forget. They help lower cholestoral and unclog arteries. My friend said its like drain-o for your arteries so oatmeal every day is awesome.
