small red bumps?

I noticed small reddish bumps on both my penis head and shaft a couple days ago. They dont itch, they arent filled with puss or anything, they dont burn, they dont have a white head, and they arent very noticable. The bumps arent very big at all and seem to be going away now. Im just curious as to what they are. Any ideas?

Any time you have a penile rash, a visit to your doctor or urologist is in order. A penile rash can be caused by so many things from something as minor as a dermatitis to something as major as a serious STD. Many rashes look similar and, without a visual exam or possible further testing, there is no way to even hazard a guess as to what it can be. Please see a doctor.
