check for sleep apnoea this may be causing the snoring. If you have that then use CPAP machine( Continuous Positive Air Pressure Machine)

Don't sleep like ur full back bone is on ur bed stright.
then snoring will reduce much.
if u can't sleep like that means tie a medium size ball on ur back(Bottom of the back bone) then u cant sleep in that position.then it will stop.
The thing is ur backbone should not be on ur in full rest

You can use those breathe right strips, they are supposed to work ok. Also if you are overweight that could contribute to snoring. Or a deviated septum, they are lots of things really.

I use a CPAP . this can be serious ask your doctor if there is a sleep clinic near you. If you sleep with some one ask them to check you when slleeping. my wife spotted it., One nite i woke up she was doing cpr on me,
