Okay my period is late and i'm still waiting?

it never ever came late and i'm worried, the week before i was only drinking bottles of ensure without food, could this be the cause of missed period?

I can't tell you if the drinking the bottles of ensure and not eating could affect your periods for sure, this would be a question for your dr but I can tell you that being stressed out both good and bad can affect when they start. Also, if someone is dieting and trying to lose a lot of weight periods could be affected. Are you trying to lose weight?
