Are all diuretics made with large amounts of caffine? I dont want to feel jumpy but I am going out tomorrow night and I feel bloated. Will the diuretics cut down on bloating? Will it flatten my tummy at all if I take some today? I have never used water pills do they really work for a quick little fix?

Actually, my father has given me a new laptop ~ and since the Wireless Network Connection is available, I can barely sleep early like before. In fact, without the computer and my new obsession - surf the Net, I'm indeed a night owl -- I tend to think numerous problems I've in my life and ponder about my future. Hi, Im eighteen and going in for my first gyno visit soon, Im not worried about the actual visit, just wondering whether there is anything special to be done beforehand, you know grooming/cleanliness wise.Before I visit the denstist I always shower, brush, floss, use a mouth wash etc. Before a doctors visit i always shower, shave, brush, clean my ears. Is there anything special I should be doing for a gyno visit? Also I usually keep myself shaved down there, is there anything wrong with doing that the day of?

I am completely addicted to food. I'm not, not fat. I'm 13, 167 cm and weigh about 46 kg, but I eat a lot. A LOT. Even if I'm not hungry at all, I just cannot stop thinking about food and then looking for it. I live in the type of house that has a lot of food lying around, so obviously, temptation is everywhere. How can I stop? I know for a fact that this is not healthy. Help!!!

actually, I know, but I need to correct something someone wrote about them. She is correct in that one should not take more than 5 remedies at the same time, however the exception is the Rescue Remdy. You CAN add other remedies to Bach Flower Remdy. So when I suggest Rescue Remedy and add Walnut for a specific situation, It is correct and smart to do so. The RR is an overall emotional boost/calm and makes the person or animal more receptive to the remedy/remedies chosen for the specific situation.

When I touch my gums they bleed, and i have canker sores in my mouth too. What is the problem?? What can I do to reduce the sore and stop the bleeding. I have 2 sored, and when they go away and two or so come. but my most worrying problem is my bleeding gums, because my friends say that I can end up without teeth!
