Perhaps a charity which works with land mine victims would appreciate it

it may be difficult because most prosthetics are individually fit to each patient. Try your local rehab hospital or senior center or fire station or call the provider (company) that made the leg.

ask social services they may know of someone who needs one that cant afford one
