Fair? As in not unfair to others?

Fair as in I never go out into the sun and if I do I use 40 sunscreen so I look like death?

As far as acne, try not using a bunch of junk on your skin. Stay away from tomatoes and other acidic foods.

Wash your face with water only when in the shower.

IF your acne is severe, see a specialist. They work on that problem constantly year after year and can suggest the newest and the latest, as well as the most effective.

Wash your face only once a day, but make an effort not to touch your face at all. That means don't rest your chin on your hand when sitting at a desk.

Most useful advice I ever got in my life: K.I.S.S. Meaning Keep It Simple, Silly. Go with things that are easy to do and work well. So with that said:

What I've found to work really well is a medicated scrub. St. Ives medicated apricot scrub is my usual thing. It's cheap, it smells nice, and it WORKS.

Forget the fancy-schmancy things with three different bottles. If it's complicated you will never follow through and do everything every night. You just will not put the time into it.

Actually, the exact cause of acne is unknown but it may have something to do with your sebaceous glands. There is also no evidence that eating chocolates, nuts and fatty foods affect acne.It would be better if you will apply appropriate skin-cleansing methods by not scrubbing your face, not to squeeze, prick or pick your lesions. Avoid also too much heat, humidity and excessive perspiration. These too have roles to make your acne worst. Consult also a dermatologist to prescribe you with a topical or oral antibiotic medications.

Popping them is not the answer it not only leaves scares in the future but it also makes them spared. If you pop them the oil from them spreads and it could get worse. Now wash your face daily with a facial scrub. Try to avoid touching your face the oils and dirt from your hands get into your pores. When you wash your face use warm water to open your pores up and when you are done splash some cold water on it so your pores close.

acutane works best. I wish that I had known about it sooner. It has made all the difference in the world. Just be aware that there are side effects and you'll just have to deal with very dry skin, eyes, and frequent preg. tests. Also, when you go, ask about generic forms, because your insurance company won't pay very much for the name brand and certain generics work just as well. The difference for me in price was (my co-pay) $120 vs. $12 per month. Big difference! Lots of luck.
