What is on the left hand side of the body, kind of under the rib cage at the side, i keep getting pains there, and also both sides of my back, maybe kidneys, any ideas?

Kidney or water infections can cause this but so can more serious problems... dont leave it go to the docs and get checked out.

Could be appendicitis. Could be constipation, gas, etc. Any fever, nausea, etc. Your appendix is on the right side of your body but usually people w/ appendicitis have pain on their left side instead. However, it is usually severe pain w/ nausea and sometimes even fever. Where as gas can be pretty painful and the large intestines last turn is on the left side. or a number of other things

I agree with checking with your Doc. How much water do you drink? If not near 2.5litres/day start now. Coke, coffee, tea etc don't count. Flush those kidneys!!

i have had the same problem i went to my doctor and they said i had a kidney infection...
