I'd try the organaic or natural ones that don't contain hash ingredients. Try this site has some good suggestions.
Also ur local health shop should have one by Weleda called Eidelweiss or Green People or Dr Haushka.also Wild Pansy and Coffee sunfilter which is made in New Zealand and is 100% organic from Living Nature (if ur health shop doesn't sell them)from this site: http://livingnature.com/
Also from this site type in sun & look through results for more suggestions.

boots soltan does a sensitive range which is great for my boyfiend who has very sensitive skin. and i love their normal one.
but if this rash is bumpy and rasied and gets itchy then it sounds like its heat rash, no suntan lotion will help- only staying out of the sun!
but if it does come up cos you can't resist bathing then use aloe vera (pure- straight out of the leaf if its around- its a long thick spikey leaf you just snap it open and rub it on) to stop the itching and bring down the redness.
my mum suffered from this for years until she was told about aloe vera- you can buy a brand called banna boat which does a good pure aloe after sun if you can't find the real stuff when you are abroad.

Bath and Body works has a new line by dermatologist Patricia Wexler. One of their products is a daily facial moisturizer with 30 SPF. It's great for sensitive skin and a little goes a long way.

It does depend on how sensitive your skin is. I have eczema and I find I can use most of the sensitive skin formulas.
The rash you refer to may not actually be caused by the lotion, though. It could be heat rash or sun rash.

Hope this helps.

Don't know if they have it where you are, but it's great, not messy, and I've never gotten burned with it.
I have sensitive skin, too.
