We have a local facility called Affordable Dentures that usually helps people in your situation. It isn't pleasant though - where you would have privacy in most dentist's offices, you're pretty much cranked through there like cattle. It's a group setting, so you may be in a room with ten or twelve people at a time who are also getting their teeth pulled, impressions made, (vomiting if they have a reaction), whatever. It's pretty gross, but most people on low to no budgets usually benefit from their services.

I would be surprised if you didn't have something similar near you. Maybe you should call your local human services department and see what suggestions they may have. You might also try a local church. I know many churches will help people with emergency expenses (like food or power bills that can't be paid), so maybe you could find someplace like that where they could help financially or at least offer other solutions.

Wish I could be of more help....good luck to you.

How can you NOT afford them? With out the dentures you will have other health problems that will cost you more than the dentures will in the long run. Some dentist will let you make payments or just take out a loan.

Why are your teeth falling out? At the very least, you should see a dentist to get his/her opinion of what's causing your problems. You could also most likely work out some kind of payment plan to have your problems addressed and remedied.

Try finding a dentist who will work with you or possibly a dental college. Students do the work under supervision of their professor(dentist).

It sounds like you could have gum disease, at least try to find a NHS dentist in your area who could advise you how to deal with this.
