this is such a weird question and i'm sorry but......

even when i really need to go and i'm like dying, i can't.....and it takes like 10 mins so i'm like exploding! it's been like this for about 2 weeks. what is wrong with meeee?

I have tried everything to quit smoking meds, gum, patches, inalers and support groups. I quit seveal times for 3 months and ended going back, Then quit another time for 2 years and with a stressful event I started back up and havent been able to quit for now three years, I tried. I have smoked now for 25 yrs and feel hopless against it and weak. I love those darn cigs maybe I dont really want to quit but i do know. I dont want all the illnesses related to smoking. I saw my father go through a violet death due to lung caner he died at 56. My mom quit smoking at 38 now shes now 61 however she gained a huge amount of weight (dont want that either) Any suggestions from those who have succeeded this battle?

Anxiety feelings are so physically powerful it keeps me awake all the time—until 8:00 in the morning. Is this a mental problem as my physical doctor as said he thinks it’s my head not my heart. Do I really need to see a psychiatrist? Because I see so many days passing by… it’s like I see days happen so fast. When people are awake during the day I am asleep and when people are asleep at night I am awake.

I was due to start my period on around the 1st of feb, but instead I had a week of light spotting. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests, one last wednesday, one this morning that have both come back negative. I have no history of skipping periods. I did however have spotting when I was pregnant last year (which 3 tests failed to show). I'm 27 and started menstruating when I was 13.
If this isn't pregnancy, does anyone have any idea what it could be?

what do you think is the best food for the people with pulmonary diseases like emphysema, asthma or COPD? do we have to cook chicken? or fish? or meat? do we need to increase or decrease their fluid intake or something like that..? im 15 wanna get rid of some scars caused due to pimples i guess. i used everyouth scrud, garnier pure face wash now currently i'm using pond's face scrud. i have tiny erruptions on my nose and chin. when i scrub 'em something white comes outta them EEW!! how can i get rid of them? i'm also gaining weight. please give some easy recepe(s) to lose or control weight. i tried honey with lemon and water how does that help! hurry!

I read that drinking lemon juice with 1/2 cup hot water will keep you from getting sick. I am around people all day long and in close contact with them. I started drinking the lemon juice every morning 6 months ago and I have not even had the "sniffles". Is there any Medical reason for this or did I just get lucky. The lemon juice is pretty nasty at 6am.

I spent some time in Iraq when I served in the Air Force and from wearing those combat boots, I've developed corns on a five of my toes, on just one of my feet, the skin gets really thick and hard quickly no matter how often I get a pedicure. I thought it was athletes foot from taking showers in public stalls, but I've tried every over the counter treatment possible, nothing has worked yet.

I want to have the procedures necessary to correct these problems before the summertime so that I can freely wear open toe sandals not to mention, I believe my foot problems are causing me some health problems, is that possible? I know that the corn removal procedure is relatively quick and simple, but is it true that they can still grow back after being removed? What would be the point of removing them then? And if they don't grow back, once they are removed how long does it take for your skin to look normal again, colorwise and such, in that area?

It is really annoying me and making me disgusted. A friend of mine told me that he has worms inside his body and specifically inside his thick intestine. As he told me, these worms wandering beside his anus and disturbing him. He has also a little pain while excretion and has diarrhea for many days per month. What he should have as a cure for this disease and what is the disease he has? Should he go to a physician and if there is no need, could he buy a specific drug from the pharmacy? Could you mention the name of the drug?
