i'm on a weight watchers diet since a year and i've lost 10 kg and i've stayed at the same wight ever since! it's great and you don't starve yourself! i mean it's one of the only diets where i can eat chocolate once in a while and cake and everything i like! i't been working very good for me you should try it out! because all those other diets make you starve and yeah, you lose a bunch of weigth but then you're so fustrated that you eat way too much after and gain all the weight you've lost - it's horrible! try weight watchers, it's easy and you won't regret it! :]

If you keep losing weight & then keep gaining weight & lose it again, its whats called a yo-yo diet, it can damage your heart for life, seriously it can...ask your DR. he/she will tell you the same thing, also..................
It adds undue stress. Changes like that can raise your blood pressure and many other things in the circulatory system. Vomitting is especially bad because it causes the person to continuely vomit out electrolytes. These electrolytes are what allows the muscles in the heart to contract. Thats why you see the skinny 20 year die of hypokalemic heart attack.

this isnt true, it all depends on how much you excercise and your calorie intake.
as mentioned above its not good to gain weight and lose weight constantly, it is much healthier for your body if you maintain a healthy weight, you'll feel and look better..
its ok to eat junk food, just do it with control, if you want ice cream..have a scoop, not a tub..if you want chocolate, have a few squares, not the whole block..im sure you get the picture :)

you may lose the weight any time and anywhere but it will due to your mentle peace. don't take tension,eat well feal healthy,think positively and do some fitnes training. good luck
