Worms inside human thick Intestine (The Anus at the evenings)?

It is really annoying me and making me disgusted. A friend of mine told me that he has worms inside his body and specifically inside his thick intestine. As he told me, these worms wandering beside his anus and disturbing him. He has also a little pain while excretion and has diarrhea for many days per month. What he should have as a cure for this disease and what is the disease he has? Should he go to a physician and if there is no need, could he buy a specific drug from the pharmacy? Could you mention the name of the drug?

It's a very clear history, thanks for your skill. He has mixed worm infection. As far as worm moving around annus it is Pin worm. This can be cured by taking Albendazole 600mg max up to 1000mg with strong purgative. But if he has Taenia soleum or sagenatta( which occurs in beef & cow & pork eaters than it will have to be evaluated by a doc. He should take the medicine I have prescribed he will get rid of all major problem but if loose motion persist in low frequency than he should see a doc otherwise repeat above said medicine after 14days. Every body should take this medicin monthly as body mentanance.
