Why d-galactosamine is preferred over others in inducing hepatotoxicity in rats?

Over the parcetamol, AKT, or Pyrro. etc

I am not sure what d-galactosimine is, but it's not for human consumption,so don't try it .D- means animal consumption.An L- would be mean the product is the preferred form for human consumption.
