It shouldn't really be something to do with it. Nerve damage would usually result in the bladder not being stimulated to empty and you would retain your urine. Teh opposite can also happen - the bladder wouldn't hold the urine at all, in which case you would constantly leak urine. These symptoms would be caused by a neurogenic bladder - which would have been picked up at the time of your injury. Since you don't mention anything about this, it's probably not related. Fractured vertebrae doesn't automatically mean spinal cord damage, luckily.
If you were catheterised a lot around the time of your injury, it could have resulted in tissue damage or trauma to the bladder, (VERY rare) which may be helped by pelvic floor muscle exercises (yes, they're used for men too!).
If you drink a lot of tea or coffee, generally have a poor diet, or don't drink plenty of water daily, your bladder could be a bit irritated and want to empty often. The treatment in that case would be to improve your diet (you know, fruit, fibre, as little processed food as possible) and drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. Practice waiting 5-10 minutes before going to the toilet.
Weak bladders can have different causes - best thing is to get a urulogist's appointment for urodynamics - that should identify the cause of the problem and suggest a way for you to correct it.
Good luck.

This isn't enough information even to speculate. If you damaged your spinal cord, yeah it could have something to do with it. You need a doctor.
