There are a large number of no bleed HRTs.

First thing to remember is views on HRT have changed and the general rule is smallest possible dose, shortest possible course. Also many of the old indications for its use have been removed leaving behind 'symptom relief ' as the main one.

No bleed HRTs are generally only used in women who have not had a natural period for at least a year. There is a type that only gives a three monthly bleed.

You really need to discuss options with your GP.

don't really know but one thing they don't tell you about hrt is that if you have gallstones it can affect them and is better if you don't take hrt, don't know how it is with other things like kidney stones etc.
