Mostly from living a filthy, degenerate lifestyle (especially homosexuality - where it began) and a small percentage of innocent means, such as Russian Roulette blood transfusions.

The reason the disease is politically protected and people get so huffy about it is because it's associated with the homosexuals.

If you don't know that by now then you're in trouble!!! Hiv & Aids are transmitted through bodily fluids either blood, semen, mucus etc... which are passed on through dirty needles, unprotected sex, unchecked blood transfusions and contact through open wounds. There are a few other ways/explanations but these are the basics.

Aids is a sexually transmitted disease that kills. You get it from having unprotected sex with someone who has the disease. You can also get it from direct blood contact, such as with needles that are soiled from someone that has aids. You can also get it from a tainted blood transfusion. Many junkies, hookers, etc have aids and have contracted the disease either using dirty needles or having sex with someone who is contaminated.

NOT kissing or even sharing food but coming into contact with blood products is the easiest next would be fluid exchange during sex.-----HIV is very short lived outside the body---take a class at your local hospital or look on the internet for info on blood borne pathogens
