I want to start working out to lose about 50 pounds. My husband thinks I should do weights with him using really low weights. He says this speeds up your metabolism and and burns calories quicker. Other people tell me it will bulk me up. I plan on walking, running, and doing taebo too, but should I have a light weight routine?

I just saw that commercial on T.V. and I was wondering how many of you would buy a product called Focus Factor from a guy on T.V. with a lazy eye?

But you cant tell if he's talking to you or the camera man.

What is the dosage for the Purple pill / I can't read it, is it $150mg peer tablet or just one 300mg?
I take this for mood, depression, etc.

My mom keeps harping on my dad to lose weight. He does have to but my mom wont acknowledge the fact that she too has to lose some weight. She pigs out on junk food all the time and eats nothing but pasta and bread and some soup. She has to lose like 20 pounds, give or take, but I dont know how to tell her without it sounding mean. She is way too sensitive to people being negative towards her. Any tips? Thanks!

I have had little or no voice for almost 2 months. I have had a scope put through my nose into my throat, the doctors say that my vocal cords are swollen slightly. He has given me pepcid and FLonase for treatment.....this is not working.

Now, my ears hurt...not like an infection but rather the outer opening is swollen and ears hurt to touch as well as around the ears.

Today, I found a lump about the size of a quarter behind my ear on my neck just at the base of my skull. It is hard and does not seem to move and is a bit sore, but only when touched.

Any ideas anyone?? I am getting a bit worried, but don't want to keep goin to the doctor (he may think I am nuts)!

but when girls have there periods there leting out eggs with are BABYS and they earther go down the potty(lol) or on a pad but my point is why isnt it murder?

I was wondering if anyone out there had any ideas as to how I can try and stop this one routine in particular.

In my math class, when doing problems i have to do the problem at LEAST 4 or 5 times. and even if i know its right i feel like i NEED to check it again. And if i try not to do it, ill go back to it at the end of my quiz to do it like 3 more times. its starting to become a hassal. Today i took a quiz and i had to stay late because it took me so long just to finish it.

And i DO take medication so i would appreciate it if you dont tell me to go get medication, im just looking for other people with OCD to maybe give me some advice. Thanks alot!

I am currently on the Slim Fast diet. I have been doing this for 2 months and I am going nuts. So far I have lost 22 lbs, which is great. I only have 25 more to go. However I am tired of these freaking shakes. It's to the point I get sick to my stomach drinking them. I also get horrible gas...TMI sorry. If any of you guys did Slim Fast, did you ever feel like this?
