Like, how much protien will i need to intake ever so hours? any supplements you'd like to suggest i weigh 165 now, and kind of skronny...id like to weigh 200 lbs and really muscular, whats the fastest was to achieve my dream?

I am allergic to perfume and I work with a woman that wears it very heavily. I have mentioned it to my supervisor and he asked me if i could take medicine for it which i said no because I have heart disease. I have made it clear on several occasion that i am allergic to perfume and have even been made fun of by my supervisor with little snide remarks. yesterday i had to go into the office of the woman that wears the perfume and she told me that if i didn't like it i could stay out of her office but i have to go in there for stamps and to give her paperwork. she is not in a higher position than me but she is friends with the supervisor so she is allowed to get away with everything. i know the ADA says she isn't guaranteed the right to wear perfume and i am guaranteed the right to breathe and not be in pain but i have tried everything including ignoring it and not saying anything to anyone and it is only getting worse for me around here. what can i do?

My dad was just recently diagnosed with prostate cancer. He has received the hormone injections to slow the growing of the tumor (unfortunately, the cancer has spread to his lymph nodes, but fortunately not to the organs or bones). He is scheduled to get the seeds implanted sometime this month. Has anyone gone through this before? Will he get really sick from it? How do I help him cope?

I am 9 stone 2 and i want to lose a stone because i can feel it.I know i have to excercise but im always hungry and if i have a bad day eating everything i weigh 9,2 and then if i try for a few days eating smaller healthier portions i still weigh the same.

Has anyone noticed a difference in their behaviors by taking medications. I am currently on Adderall Xr in the morning and regular Adderall in the afternoon. My grandmother was bitten on the right breast by a brown recluse spider. She is diabetic and close to needing dialisyis (spelling help), anyway, For two days she slept. She went to the doctor and he gave her an antibotic and told her to drain the area. I am very very concerned, and wonder if this is normal for treatment from the start. He did say it was a brown recluse bite ( she was cleaning under a sink). Should we get a second opinion? He would not admit her to a hospital. The diabetes issue is bothering me a great deal. HELP?

I was talking to this attractive girl one time at a club and as she opened up her purse to get a pen to write down her number, I saw a pack of cigarette and the feeling I got from that instant was like she's taking something that's not good for her. Kind of like seeing someone with prescription drug in her purse and you wonder "I wonder what kind of health issue this person has?" So cigarette is even worse! It's that nasty feeling I get when I see that pack right there in the purse. I dont' even know why they have to smoke to begin with anyway. It's the nastiest thing to do for your only precious body.

This questin is for People who understand about my OCD. I am having a major Panic attack again because of Star Wars #3 is scaring me too death. Should I go call or email my parents at work and tell them I need to go back to the hospital??? Because My panic attacks are getting out of controll!!!!! I have had to have two teeth pulled in three weeks. The dentist just says that there is an infection and it will stay there until we find the source of the infection. There were two back molars and were very painfully pulled. He didn't perscribe any antibiotics this time because he said it was just a small infection and that usually goes away on its own after the tooth is pulled. I am looking for another dentist but what can I do to prevent any more teeth being pulled because of this so called infection? I had to have them pulled because it only cost 170-245 to pull, it was 1700 for a single root canal. I hardly have enough to pull a tooth. I need what teeth I have left. Could another dentist have done something different? It hurt like *** when he pulled both the last teeth and he just said that's what happens when they are infected. What should I do?
