There are no exercises that can increase your height..

Increasing the Height

you are under 18 years of age.

In rear cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.

Cycling is a good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

Issue of Genes:

You know only the active genes but genes can stay dormant for generations.

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Again Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

One way. You have to break both femirs and have rods placed into them and slowing have them screwed out over a period of a year. A girl did this. She was able to grow about 5 inches, but this is expensive and painful as hell. Just jockey horses or something If you have a big **** you might be a stud. Most men will answer they would rather be short with a big **** than the other way around. I mean think if you were 6'6" and you had a 2 inch ****?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to increase your height. You will be what you will be. The best you can possibly hope to do is wear shoe lifts for the rest of your life. Exercises will keep you fit, won't do any good to increase your height. Sorry.

Here's what you do...you get 2 people, ok? Then you get 2 horses. You tie some rope around your wrists and ankles. Now, you give the ends of the ropes to the two people, you have them just on the horses. Then, have the two people ride the horses in opposite directions. You might gain a few inches from that.

Wy r ugetting hurry abt ur height??der is nothing matter to think.OK any way ,now u r in 16 naa,i think still der is time to grow....so eat healthy food and keep ur body fit by exercise,den the height doesn't take matter.ok.all d best

there are not any real effective exercises to gain height, and if there were, doing them at your age would be very dangerous. just accept your height, embrace it and make it a part of you. besides, girls our age (16) thing short guys are cute! so don't worry dude!
worry more about your personality than your looks

Okay this may sound retarded but ... get two people to stretch you out (by arms and legs) for a few minutes. Then hang from something for 3 minutes, non-stopped. I tried this on a friend twice a week and they grew! (Sense you're in puberty it will work faster!) Oh, and DRINK MILK! (or eat bananas!)

hang upside down by your ankles with 100 pound weights tied to your wrists.
maybe you can also go through the taffy pulling machine like in ***** wonka. or maybe just wait until you hit your final growth spurt, you might gain like 3 or 4 inches... but sorry, your short, get used to it

hey its ok i am 18 and 5'1 yuck! but take some groth pills from the store...or ask your docter...call them and ask what you can do.
