Spoiled milk shouldn't hurt a normal person....it won't do anything to you that fresh milk won't do.

I would call poison control. I don't know how 'intolerant' you are. It's in the phone book. You should not have any long-lasting problems, but err on the side of caution.
They will take your number and call you back later in the day, if you're not familiar with poison control.

Why would you drink milk if you are lactose intolerant? Try pepto- bismal or any other antidiarrheal you are probably going to need it!
