I've tried everything short of surgery. The doctor did xrays and told me I have a slightly crooked septum and swollen sinus tissue. Right now, I have no interest in surgery to fix this, but medications and nasal sprays don't work at all.
Using Vicks chest rub helps a lot. I put a small bit on a tissue and use it in the nostril. Right now, it's the only way I can breathe at all when I go to sleep. Is this safe to do every night?

Last month i had a breast ultrasound coz i was having pain in my right breast.and it was ok but this month i notice that my left breast is having discharge when i press it its clear liquid or like milk sometimes , i have 2 days already having the discharge when i press my nipple , what can that be ?

I'm 18 years old and have always been a little chubby in my waist area. I've been trying to lose weight, but I always fall short on the food part of the plan. I think I'm eating the right things, but end up maybe eating too much of them or totally eating the wrong things. Can someone give me a diet plan that is healthy and is proven to reduce weight? (BTW, I'm 5'81/2 and 170 lbs.)

I have been taking amoxicillin 500 mg for several days. This morning I took two trying to avoid the doctors office. I went to the doctor today and was diagnosed with Bronchitis and was prescribed Ciprofloxacn 250 mg. Can I take the Ciprofloxacn today when I already took the amoxicillin?

Ive suffered restricted nasal cavities since I was 18 years old. I used nasal sprays back then for 3 years straight. I was convinced by a doctor that claimed it wasnt good. So I fought this issue all these years. Now I am 50 and its getting even worse. Doctors have tried sutifeds which work great on sinuses but hyper the heck out of me to the point of panic attack. Nasal steroids for alergies dont seem to phase it what so ever. And I dont have a sinus infection. Saline nasal sprays are non productive.

Ive since went back on over the counter nasal sprays. I feel so alive now, sleeping is a pleasure. But I need my nasal spray fix every 8 hours.

My question to you is... Is there any non evasive nasal restriction treatments that dont include surgery? And or things ive already tried?

I live in the midwest, and we're in the middle of a 2 week coldsnap where it hasn't risen above 0 degrees. The only place I'm warm is in my own house, away from the windows. I can't relocate or take long vacations right now. I dress as warm as I can, without visiting a hunting and fishing sporting good store. I wear 1 layer of long underwear (top and bottom), a turtleneck, and a heavy sweater, thermal socks and $200 hunting boots, wear a hat/gloves.............an... I'm still unable to keep the cold from making me extremely distressed. Do hunting and fishing sporting goods stores have more extreme (more expensive is fine) clothing for these extreme temperatures?

I am a 28 yo male very out of shape. 5'9'' 220lbs. Cardio really kicks my butt and I need to stop after 15 minutes. I have two questions: Can I lift weights everyday and if so, should I have two routines and switch them like Day A and Day B? Secondly, has anyone ever heard of Superdrol or TBomb II? I used to work with two guys that worked out and they both took it. They bulked in muscle in like 3 weeks! I was wondering if I could use something like that now, because I do have fat over everything. Would it make a difference?

I'm a straight female and one of the hottest things I love is to watch two really goodlooking guys kiss and make out. I don't know what it is, its almost like I get double the fun. I imagine myself joining them, both of them making love to me and to each other.
From an evolutionary stance point I guess it makes sense. A women would have two men to protect and look after her. She would have two men who loved each other and her. She would have two fathers to care for her children. I LOVE bisexual men. I've always been attracted to them.

My friend's 18 months old baby was rushed to hospital with suspected meningitis yesterday eve and is stil waiting for test results.... is that normal? does it usually take so long... she's been told to expect the results tomorrow eve ie nearly 48hrs later.
