I am a 28 yo male very out of shape. 5'9'' 220lbs. Cardio really kicks my butt and I need to stop after 15 minutes. I have two questions: Can I lift weights everyday and if so, should I have two routines and switch them like Day A and Day B? Secondly, has anyone ever heard of Superdrol or TBomb II? I used to work with two guys that worked out and they both took it. They bulked in muscle in like 3 weeks! I was wondering if I could use something like that now, because I do have fat over everything. Would it make a difference?

It's not a good idea. You should skip a day in between to allow your muscles to rest. That will help to prevent any muscle injuries or anything like that.
I wouldn't take any medication of any kind, you don't need it.
If you need to stop your cardio in 15 minutes, I would suggest to slow down your pace so you can keep going for 20 to 30 minutes. And stretch afterwards.
Just taking it easy but keeping your heart rate up is all you need to do.
Day 1- Cardio
Day 2- Weight lifting
Day 3- Cardio
Day 4 -Weight lifting
and so on. Or what ever you want to start with first.

Yes, you can lift weights daily IF you switch your routine. (Day A- upper body, Day B- lower body). As for the cardio, you may need to decrease the intensity of what you are doing to build up endurance. Haven't heard of those products you mentioned, but I would be careful starting anything like that because some random person mentioned it.

If you already have a high percent body fat, don't bother with weight gainers, you should be fine to work out everyday and it is a good idea to have seperate routines, sometimes more than 2, just pace yourself at first, especially lifting after cardio.. good luck to you.
