if i dont eat more tha 200 cals and i smoke 1 cig a day. i AM 16 and 5'7'' and 136.

if you don't pass out you might drop 2 pounds at the most, but that won't be fat, it'll be muscle mass.

200 calories a day is very unhealthy. Your metabolism will slow down tremendously. That means when you go back to eating like you were before you will gain weight at a greater rate.

Everyone I know, myself included, that has ever gone on an intense exercise regimen coupled with healthy nutrition has never lost weight in 3 weeks, EVER.

Life by the inch is a cinch, by the yard it's hard!

You body needs about 5 times those calories to function properly, you are going to weaken you immune system and possibly cause irreparable damage to yourself.

You should probably go talk to you doctor.
