You need to speak to a school counselor or a Doctor.
Just to let you know if you don't eat, you will be sick all the time and eventually god forbid you might die at a very young age.

I had the same problem a few months back (stress caused me to have no appetite). It's great if you want to lose weight - but after about 30 lbs it gets kinda scary.
You just have to force yourself to eat. Go get a sandwich or a salad and tell yourself "OK, I'm going to eat at least HALF of this salad". If you give yourself a goal it's a lot easier to accomplish it - then just keep doing that throughout the day at every meal. If you fret over calorie counting or exactly what you should be eating it will make it more stressful. Just do what you can and try to work your way up to full meals. Your stomach shrinks over time, so you will probably be full after half now anyway.

I just went through this last month. I have GERD though, so I don't know if it will help you. I gagged on everything I put in my mouth. I didn't eat for three weeks and only drank water and broth or tea. Unhealthy you bet ya. I started to introduce foods like fresh vegetables, and fruits. Eventually like today has been the first time I could actually eat something substantial and not feel like I am going to gag. Start small with something you enjoy. Ice cream, sherbet, anything. Soups, then make sure that your doctor is aware of this to.

I had this problem after dealing w/a tragedy and I went from a size 13 to a 3 in 1 1/2 months, so this was not healthy and it was affecting my health. What I had to do was set alarm reminders on my cell phone. They would go off every 3 hours from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and they would remind me that if I hadn't just eaten something (which I usually hadn't) then I needed to eat now. The key was that whether I was hungry or not, I HAD to eat when it went off.

Try drinking something like Boost -- has calories and vitamins - usually given to people who can't eat or seniors who don't eat enough or aren't getting enough nutrition. You should really set a schedule for yourself. Set regular times for meals and sit down at a proper table and actually consume some nutritious food - even if it's only some fruit to start with. Eventually you will find yourself getting hungry when those set times arrive and you can build yourself up to eating a meal. You also need to give up bad habits like smoking or drinking diet cola a lot - good luck!

If you get hungry. you will eat. Do you have a self image issue? If you are not eating because you are not hungry...that is one thing. But if you are afraid to eat...that is a disease. Snack...eat, just a little at a time. Deal with the issue of food in your life. If needed, see a professional. And take some vitamins in the mean time....keep healthy.

i think it is not yet a serious problem, u can easily take controle of it.
Try to have a liquid food with u always even on work when ever u like to eat but try to avoid it due to work or any thing else have it much as possible, because time is bothering u so when ever u feel like to eat plz make a habit of taking any thing healthy right that time.
be desiplined on ur food habits eat anything on time. plz add curd rice on ur diet that will solve ur problem defenitly, butter milk is one of the good suppliment which also kills gastric problem which is completly natural and healthy.
consuntrate more on ur food habits than work because once u have ur good health u can take on any kind of work task.

Don't fill yourself up on drinks. You need food. I have to remind myself to eat too. I know if I don't, it will lead to chronic pain. You have to eat for energy, not because you like it or or interested in it. You haven't gotten to the health problems point yet, but when you do, you will won't be able to start eating because your mind will be so slowed down mentally that your thinking and judgement will be impaired. Eat now while you can. Read the book by Ernest Hemiway, "The Old Man and the Sea." It's a really short book, but he forces himself to eat to for strength.

Well you aren't eating because you are not accountable to anyone but yourself. Hence, if you aren't hungry, then, why eat? To solve this problem, you need to have a pet that you complete love and adore. That way, if you do not eat, you pet does not eat and thru your starving pet, you'll see how you are treating yourself.
Step 1: Get a pet.
Step 2: Establish a rule that you cannot feed your pet unless you eat a 300 calorie serving of something.
Step 3: If you do not eat, your pet cannot eat.
Conclusion: If you continue to not eat, your pet will die and ultimately, YOU will die.
But now you are accountable. Sure, who cares if you die, right? I mean, you weren't hungry. But now, if you die, you also will be responsible for having murdered a cute pet that needed your love and you will have neglected it to its very death if you do not follow the above rules.

OK, Drink a lot of water and keep you stomach full of water all the time. If you have chance drink fruit juices. Soon your body asks for hard food.
Also try to avoid using computer when it is time to eat. Your body has to respond to the biological clock. Learn to eat irrespective of you like it or not.
