Yes, but not because your emotions are in the heart. You will have better health and better blood suply to the brain that will change your thinking process. Also everyone that has had heart surgery has to go on an exercise regimen that improves your attitude.

Emotions are originated from the brain and not from the heart. Heart is only a blood pumping station.

if you have any organ transplant you r emotions will not be affected at all. but the concomitant use of steroids to suppress your immunity so as not the transplant ted organ to be rejectted ,may affect your mood ....

Silly, emotions are mostly in the brain, in the midbrain, and working together with the thoughts in the front of the brain.
