Always front to back.
Guys are less likely to get UTI's or E-Coli infections from wiping wrong, but are more likely to have more skin infections due to all the wrinkles in their perineum - or groin area.
Always wipe from the front to the back and use a clean spot on the tissue each wipe. And wash regularly. If you don't shower daily for whatever reason, wash up. It will reduce the risk of UTI's, illness, infection, and other complications.
Wiping back to front increases the risk of pushing bacteria into the urinary tract. Because you are pushing the bacteria into its favorite growing condition - dark, warm, and moist. This can cause infections of E-coli and staph as well as many organisms living within your bowels. Women are usually guilty of wiping back to front and should take extra care to not let this become habit. Yeast infections are also a effect of wiping wrong.
I hope this helped you, and please remember to wash your hands!

if you wipe back to front you are taking all the dirt and stuff from your anal pass your vagina and could pass an infection on, best way is from front to back, if bothered then take a piece of toilet tissue with a little anti back soap on and give yourself a wipe.

for a woman, it is best to wipe front to back so as to avoid the e-coli from the rectum from entering the vaginal and urethra openings. I would imagine it would be easier for a guy to go from back to front but if at all possible, try to go the reverse.

I know for women, to prevent infection, it is always front to back. I don't think that for men it is as big an issue, but front to back is still probably best.

Always front to back. There are always bugs around your anus where they cause no harm. If you wipe from back to front you will increase the risk that you introduce them into the vagina where they may cause infection.

Women should always wipe from front to back to prevent infection - probably doesn't help you much though.
