I'm a teenager and I want to know how can I increase my height. I'm average height but I would like to grow taller. I don't eat alot because the food I eat at home is not what I like to eat. Are there any ways to help me grow taller? My friend's little sister is nearly taller than me, and she's two years younger. But I heard from my mum she drinks like 2 litres of milk a day! Also I'm a girl (obvious from my name), so I don't have the growth spurt thing. I will not wear heels but I want to be naturally tall. Is there a guide somewhere on the internet that can help me?

I went to the ER and was told I have vaginitis. At first I thought the bumps were genital herpes, but I was given an STD free bill health and sent home with some pills. The pills didn't make the irritation go away and now I'm having a problem with burning. I bought Vagisil and its only helping with the itching. Along with that more bumps appeared and they were bigger and burned and itched but they went away after two weeks. The original bumps are still there. Could I have been misdiagnosed with vaginitis and it's actually genital herpes?

I JUST FOUND THIS ONLINE:::::::

There's a useful gimmick to help stop worrying. You simply cultivate the habit of postponing worrying. Your mind becomes (re-)conditioned to not dwell on worries in the present.

The trick is that whenever you feel plagued by a worrying thought, note it down on a "worry sheet" (a piece of paper set aside for the purpose) – you can then forget about it, knowing that you plan to worry later.

This deceptively simple technique is effective because it bypasses the psychological obstacles mentioned above. Your mind is "fooled" into thinking that you haven't given up worrying. Meanwhile, you lose the habit of worrying in the present moment.

You can plan to revisit noted worries at a time when you're worry-free. Or you can postpone worries indefinitely. That might sound bizarre, but then so is the notion that you must experience endless unhappiness (eg worrying) before you're allowed to be happy.

More likely is that when using this technique you

I have a severe bloating feeling anytime I eat meals that consist of more than about 300 calories. I cannot eat anything with grease, fat, sugar, or excessive protein. The pain is usually on both of my sides and sometimes moves up into my stomach area just below my ribs. I have tried diets that cut out fats, simple carbs, and caffeine. Currently I can only eat about 3-4 times a day as long as the meals are small. If I start to get this feeling, I usually have to lie down and cannot move or eat for about 12-16 hours. I also break out in cold sweats. I used to have heartburn, but my doctor has prescribed me Prevacid to get rid of it. She also has me scheduled to take an ultrasound of my gall bladder, but does not think that is the case because the pain is not just in upper-right quadrant of my abdomen, but the whole area.

I'm a 21 yr old female and I'm 5'7 with a heavy chest. I'm a natural 38DD, that's where all my weight is, I'm just looking to tone up everything else, I'm a size 10 working to get to a size 8 or 6, do you think getting a breast reduction will help for weight loss or should I just do upper body workout?

I'm trying to tone up and I have been doing alot of cardio and a little weight training for the past 2 weeks, I run a hour and a half on the treadmill twice a day with it incline to about 5.0 and the speed level between 4.5 - 6.0. and all this at normal room temperature, no fan or A/C. You know the feeling of just getting out the shower and you just dried off? Well that is just how my skin feels, a moist/damp feeling, why is it that I dont sweat, am I not burning anything?

1 month ago I injured my pinky toe when i slammed them into the frame of a door. The toe hurt a LOT for a day or two, but then felt fine, on and off for a month or so. About a week ago I was wearing those really tight climbing shoes for climbing, and since then the toe has had a good deal of pain when I put pressure on it. I've never had issues with those shoes before, and I'm worried that the toe may be broken. What negative effects could there be if I don't get a broken toe tended to?
