Try the new Listerine Whitening pre brushing mouth rinse. It seems to work pretty good.

just brush your teeth and Listerine whitening then when your braces come off just get a whitening .

when i had braces i used listerine mouth wash which was great ad i also used a whtening tooth paste which worked a treat and i now have lovely, white teeth
