DRINK MILK!!!! If you're younger and still have time to grow drink a lot of calcium fortified moo juice. I was the shortest kid in my grade unitl 6th grade when I started drinking milk a lot. And I MEAN a lot! I grew taller than most people and even my older brothers and sisters who always made fun of me for being short. Now I have last laugh.

First, you should start eating the food that is given you, or get a job and buy your own food. Second, you cannot control your height or rate of growth, that is why you are receiving some strange answers like growth hormones and medical alteration. However, you can hinder your growth by not eating.
That milk and calcium thing is good, but it will not magically change your growth- your genes is in control of that.
You may not want to hear this, but you need to get over this height thing and start loving yourself THE WAY YOU ARE because there is nothing you can do about it- except take care of yourself or cause yourself harm if you don't eat.

Along with the answers shown above, such as eating protein-rich food, I also recommend doing physical stretching. The following is one of them that you can do:
1. Hold a pencil in your hand and face a wall.
2. Stretch both arms upwards as far as you can reach without lifting the soles of your feet off the ground (really stretch until you can feel it), and draw a line across the wall. This is your initial stretching height.
3. Now tiptoe and draw another line around 10 cm above the initial line.
Stand in front of that wall twice a day and stretch your arms upwards like in Step 2 and try to reach the line drawn in Step 3. Pretty soon, you will be able to stretch up a little higher than your initial stretching height, and once you reach the line in Step 3, draw a new line and start over.

I think you'll only grow as tall as you're meant to be. You can eat right and exercise, but in the end how tall you are should not just be measured with a yard stick. If your soul is tall, then it doesn't make any difference that your body may not measure up. Love yourself and others and you will be taller than a man on stilts.

I actually used the program that "Skippy" person speaks of. It really does work. That same website, http://www.growtall.pcti-system.com .. I played basketball in college, and I used that to gain a couple in height. A total of 2.5 inches. After that, it seemed to plateau though. I could not gain any more than 2 1/2, no matter how hard I tried. But those inches really gave me an advantage in my games. Well worth it.

a million.sixty 4 cm for a lady isn't short....this is basically frequent. i will understand you may want to pick to be a tall lady in spite of the undeniable fact that this is specifically your genes that ensure that and at 17 it really is somewhat late to advance because i anticipate your era might want to have began. yet females can keep turning out to be till the age of 21 in spite of the undeniable fact that no longer by potential of more effective than one or 2 inches after their era has began. basically exercising, get adequate sleep, eat a tremendous variety of end result, vegetables, dairy products, beef, lean meat, any protein product and stay away from processed meals and sugary meals or extreme in trans fat

milk does help because it contains calcium but calcium will have no effect on the body unless you take it with Vitamin D because Vitamin D enables absorption of calcium into the bloodstream. also exercise will really help a lot especially in your age. and try cherifer tablets it has helped a lot of young people gain height.
