There's no healthy way but you can do it absolutely no carbohydrates sugar or salt for the 4 days drink at least 60 ounces of water a day combined with a diuretic and eat leafy green vegetables also take a multivitamin but do not continue this for a long period of time

Depending how old you are. If you are over 18 then you should try an all liquid diet for those 4 days. Chicken broth, etc. But after those 4 days get back to eating normal. It's important to have all of your nutrients.

Try to dehydrate the night before the 5th by not eating or drinking anything after 6 pm. But you should consult your doctor first.

The body doesn't work that way. What you ate (or didn't eat) last week will show on the scale this week.

All i know is just dont eat at all for at least 3 days maybe 2 but stay hydrated WATER WATER. not good for you but you wont die in a couple days.good luck
