I have SLE Lupus and have pain all the time - the skin problems- chronic fatigue- the painful joints. The skin problem has given me an ulcerated leison on my leg that will not heal- the chronic fatigue keeps me doing much or going places. Anyone that has Lupus knows what I am talking about with all the systoms that this disease can cause. My Question is has anyone found a way to combat the effects of the systoms and led a better existence. I am on pain medication but that does not make life better or help with the chronic fatigue. From personal experience has anyone found that they were in the severe SLE stage and found something that made them feel better or even go into remission? The SLE Lupus is the worst one to have, there are several types of Lupus. Again, only people that have the SLE Lupus to answer, I have read everything from the Web so I do not need that type of answer.

About 4 months ago I fell very hard on my elbow which split the skin and took a while to heal. However now the skin has healed I am still experiencing pain in it and cannot put much pressure on it (eg. press ups) Some days the pain is quite bad sometimes better. Anybody had the same problem or what this can be?

1. why does drinking 500 ml of Nestle Nido Full Cream Milk causes diarrhea?

2. is it because of hight fatmilk content?

3. is 28 grams of fatmilk from Nido safe for a young adult who is skinny to consume per day?

My Mom has had a condition for close to 2 years and no one has helped her at all. I was hoping to somehow find a way for her to be on the show Mystery Diagnosis on the Discovery Channel so she can finally get somewhere in finding a diagnosis and resolving her problem. After searching Discovery, Discovery Health and the internet I am stuck on where to go to find this information. Please help.

If there is HIV positive blood on someone's clothes, let say you accidently steped on the blood at it soaked into your pantleg, will washing it in hot water with standard laundry detergent kill the virus? Would the drying process also help kill the virus? What about public laudry mats, can HIV be transfered to someone's clothes becasue a positive person washered their clothes in the machine prior, only usinf simple detergent and not bleech? Please let me know.

Supposedly I have heard about squeezing half a lemon in a glass of "lukewarm" water is a super alkalizing drink , how is it possible and it's filled with Citric Acid ? ? ? and it's a known fact that it is highly acidic from just it's taste ? All these diets, ie. Weight Watchers, etc. allow the dieter to eat as many fruits and veggies as posisible. Aren't fruits full of sugar and carbohydrates? Isn't this contrary to what you are not meant to eat? Why are the sugars in fruits any better than those obtained from artificial sources?
