I had very strong & well muscle thighs, bbut now they are not as strong as it was. Please tell me needful to do, and for my arms as well.

...behind my uvula it is firm and flesh colored and it doesn't hurt but it feels like there is a lot of pressure there...
I've had it for about 3 months maybe longer because I didn't really notice it until I looked and it's gotten bigger since then

there is no redness or sign of infection ...and I've been having a constant headache.

what could this be?

p.s
I have no tonscils and I plan on going to the doctor, I'm just curious if anybody else has experienced this.

Every morning I wake up and I cannot open my jaw passed half way. I have to click it to the side and then open to be able to open it every time, but eventually goes away. Any idea what it is and/or how to get rid of it?

My doctor told me to take birth control pills, and she scheduled me for another ultrasound in 6 months. She said the birth control pills will balance out the hormones. I was on the depo-shot for about a year and a half, and I stopped taking it in August, and ever since then I have been having the weirdest, and most painful periods ever. From October to December, I didn't even stop bleeding!!!!!

most of the time i feel like a have spit stuck in my throat but i cant hack it up. When i do, it comes out small and i have to breathe it out by leaning over. Not like when im sick and can spit it oput easily. When i dont spit it out, i have to swallow it but it stays in my throat. Its been like this for a while and i cant figure out what to do. I also feel like my nose is congested. I can breathe through my nose but i cant blow anything out. I recently cought my self snoring but i dont usually snore. Anyone know whats going on with me?

olivia my grandaughter i have brought up since six months, her mum hardly ever visits, last couple of years she been playing up at school, she is nine and been excluded, and went to new centre first time tuesday and shouted at said i am not going back their its boring, now i have been at home 2 months waiting for her to get some schooling, i am getting really depressed stuck at home all the time, i want a job or something to do fed up no one to talk to and feel lonely alot. angry at her as well, her mum don,t care less

as I am 18lbs overweight I am now a size 14 and want to be a size 10/12. I have been eating a really good balanced diet, cut out all junk food and exercise everyday doing sit ups, boxing, weights, squats going on my exercise bike basically doing at least 2 hour workout as well as 30 mins walk everyday for the past 3 1/2 weeks.I am off on holiday to Spain on 28th Feb with my mates and family and my mates have been doing the same regime and have lost more weight. I have only overall lost 8 inches from all over my body and about 4lbs. My stomach and arms are the hardest to shift.

Now I am so depressed I just don't want to go on the holiday and to make matters worse my friends and I have brought clothes in smaller sizes (size 12) as a target and my mates are almost there whereas I am not.I feel like I want to commit suicide as I hate looking at my fat disgusting body. Please can anybody give me any ideas where I'm going wrong and is it possible for me to lose at least a jean size?

I am considering fasting on fruit/vegetable juices to try to lose weight. I am 36yrs old 5' 9" and I weigh 283lbs. I have already lost 12lbs in the last 2 weeks by cutting out all sweets,bread,cheese,junk food,fast food and eating smaller portions of healthy meals. I also do cardio for about 30mins a day.

My question is .. Is fasting in this matter healthy and what should I expect my symptons to be during those 10 days?

several years ago my mom was suffering from serious illness. Thank god she is ok now but the therapies she got and the medicines she had to take left a serios mark on her teeth. she had to go for fillings for every tooth and this way her teeth have now become really bad,they have lost shine and enamel.Please a provide a solution.Thank you

I've been on Yasmin and Loestrin20,and then switched to Cerazette(progestogen only pill),but still suffered from hairloss and very bad migraines(which lasted for up to 2 weeks). Is there any other form of contraception which is okay to use,and which won't cause those side effects?

It is very hard for me to acually sleep at night and i try everything. But i cant sleep without noise becasue i have an old house and i beliveve in ghost. I know great combonation. But if i go to be with out something on it takes me longer to sleep and if i go to bed with something on it takes me about and hour to sleep. I have things on my mind but i dont dream about them i just dream about random days in my life so i dont know how to stop that there. I need more enery or ill keep falling asleep in class. PLEASE HELP
