Not like when im sick and can spit it oput easily. When i dont spit it out, i have to swallow it but it stays in my throat. Its been like this for a while and i cant figure out what to do. I also feel like my nose is congested. I can breathe through my nose but i cant blow anything out. I recently cought my self snoring but i dont usually snore. Anyone know whats going on with me?

It could be because of hardening of the phlegm. You see many antihistamines have a tendency to dry up the nasal and mouth passage. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html
