As for if it is normal, you would have to tell us – is this normal for you?
Everyone is different, if this is unusual for you, if it smells bad or you are itchy then it could be a sign of an infection, for the time being just wait it out and treat it if it turns out to be an infection – but by what you said it sounds perfectly healthy.

Normally the clear discharge comes before the period when your ovulating but i don't think you have anything to worry about.
If you are worried go and ask your local nurse in your health centre

Do you have the discharge with your periods?
its normal in between cycles.
if the discharge is foul or funny smelling or it is stained in b/w periods or it is in heavy flow.go to a doctor.
if its not the type mentioned above, then
don't bother it's o.k.

clear discharge can be a sign of thrush. If there is itching also present see your doctor
