I had very strong & well muscle thighs, bbut now they are not as strong as it was. Please tell me needful to do, and for my arms as well.

For thighs do squats. Arms work your biceps and triceps. To increase strength you will have to gradually increase weight. Also when exercising hold the contraction for at least 6 seconds.

i have the same problem. if i don't exercise, then i start losing the muscle structure and instead start getting fat.
i tried this regime and it's working.get two dumbells(5 pounds) and work out with them for 10 minutes on alternate days. in a week or so, u'll be seeing results. for the thighs, just jog if u like going outside. if u want to stay at home, then squats is the best exercise. ur muscles will become tight within 5 repetitions. so take it a bit easy in the start. u might injure urself.if it starts paining, then continue only after the pain has gone.

You have to exercise to have well-toned muscles,so i suggest you jog at least 3 times a week.for your arms you can use dumbbells to tone your arm muscles.do some push-ups too.
