Where can I find liquid multivitamin ? And also I heard liquid vitamin tastes bad. What about soft gel ones ? Does soft gel absorb the same as the liquid vitamin one ? thanks

Centrum makes a liquid multi vitamin, as does Geritol. Both are available at drugs stores or Wal-mart. Soft gels are very similar in absorption to the liquids, it just take a little longer. The taste of the centrum is not bad at all. I cannot speak for any others. I hope this helps.

Local pharmacy carries different brands of liquid multivitamin. The taste is not that bad,most of them come with orange flavour.
Your body absorption of liquid multivitamin and soft gel is faster than tablets as well
