I have had an outbreak of spots in the last month and cant seem to get rid of them.

Have you any stories of how they quickly dissapeared?

I heard there was a vitamin supplement, anyone no what its called.

Thanks, i really appreciate your help on this one xx

I'm very bad at not cleaning my skin properly but I do maintain a healthy balanced diet and boost it up by taking multivitamins with minerals - perhaps that is the secret.

You could have a nose on the Holland & Barrett website - they have loads of remedies etc

Good luck

Well i hate spots, they are the worst thing ever. I some times get spots and then they go away, but i do get the ones that stay and dont want to go away. I usually drink loads of water, even though it is the most dullest drink ever after a while you start to enjoy =) I once a week steam my face as well. After i have done this it looks bad but that is them coming out then going away. Wash your hair with a good cleaner and then mosturise with a good spot fighting cream, i also at night wash my face moustuires it and then put sudocrem on it. Now it is just a normal routine. Hope they go away. Try some things i have said and if it does not work sorry. Thanks anyway. Hope everything goes ok .

I am assuming that these spots are acne. It could be down to many things. Poor diet, stress and even bad skin care. You could see your GP and get a low dose, long stretch of antibiotics, if you are female they could use a low dose hormone version of the pill that is very good for the skin.
There are many over the counter remedies for spots, you could call into your local pharmacist to see if they recommend anything.

I had this problem a couple of month ago - i'd never suffered with acne before, (am now 26), but i had loads of blackheads on my forehead - yes it looked as ugly as it sounds!!!! LOL
Anyway i went to the doctor and he gave me this roll-on lotion to put on day and night. It cleared up in about a week and a half. Sorry i cant remember what it was called though.

You've not mentioned how the spots look like. Are they itchy or do you have any other symptoms? What was the cause or trigger?

You should not self treat unless you know what you are treating.
