Could be some bleeding internal Hemmorroids that you don't realize you have.
Any loss of blood needs immediate medical attention.
Bright red (rather than a darker red) blood in the stool usually indicates the bleeding is close to the anus (as opposed to farther on up in the Colon).
Ok, I just found these FYI:

Your doctor will probably want to schedule a Colonoscopy:

There a several different possibilities:
Internal Hemorrhoids
Anal Fissure
Colon or Rectal Polyps
Diverticulosis or Diverticulitis of the Colon.
You could also have issues in the esophagus, stomach, or small intestine, but since it is bright red issues in the lower intestine, rectum, or anus are far more likely.
The advice previously given about going to see a doctor is very good. One of the risks of not having this treated is blood loss anemia which if it gets to severe will cause you to pass out. Please call your primary care physician as soon as they open and seek treatment.

This is a very serious problem and you should contact ur physician and do some tests. I hate to tell you this, but as much as I'm hoping it will be nothing serious for you, I know this could be a sign of rectum cancer. My mom had the same problem 5 yrs ago and was diagnosed with colon cancer and was treated. I know 2 other people who had the same symptoms and results were the same. ur symptoms are very serious and this is something u should not ignore. If you'd like to read abt ur symptoms u can check out this site. best of lucks

Consult your physician or go the ER immediately. Blood in your stool is usually a sign of a serious medical issue.

Unfortionately that is something you need to see the doctor about. I've erm...bled out the back door before, but it's never been a large amount. Try changing your diet for a while and see if the bleeding goes away (gradually)

Usually bright red blood is from hemorrhoids. You can have them up inside where you can't feel the pain. But I would def go see your doc. Don't be embarrassed to talk to him/her about it. They see this stuff everyday and doesn't even faze them.

Atreyu, you need to see a doctor. They have to determine what it is by examining you. Blood in stool should always make you worry. Don't wait any longer- go!

WOW! This is something that needs to be checked. Go to Emergency. If you go to your doctor he will send you for test at the hospital. Emergency will usually do the same tests.
It may not be that bad but you can't take chances.

There is NOTHING to be embarrassed about. Physical illness cannot be controlled until you See a Doctor. In the meantime, do not be ashamed of the things you can't control. Please, see a doctor as soon as possible.
