I'm a 21 yr old female and I'm 5'7 with a heavy chest. I'm a natural 38DD, that's where all my weight is, I'm just looking to tone up everything else, I'm a size 10 working to get to a size 8 or 6, do you think getting a breast reduction will help for weight loss or should I just do upper body workout?

Thanks for your reply... I dont want to be skinny, I still want my curves, but with these breast, they make me look heavier than I really am, especially my mid section. My waist and legs are a good size but my top portion needs a total makeover

No, don't get a breast reduction if your goal is to weigh less. The best thing is calorie burning with activities like running, sports, cycling, etc. Your breasts will get smaller if you lose weight anyway.

Hey Again. :-)
If your insurance covers a breast reduction, then I say GO FOR IT, HUNNY!
I hate having big ol' titties! My boobs are big and in the way of everything. I am a 42E. (but I don't have any insurance to get them reduced) :-(
As for you getting down to a size 6 or 8, I think that sounds wonderful. Keep up the hard work, and stay healthy.
Take Care and *hugs*

Well, if you are going for weight loss, a BR would help, but only with the weight of your boobs. If you have back pain then go for the breast reduction and you could get it covered by insurance.
Just be warned, big boobs usually hide a big tummy!

Talking with women on that site who went through BR's and all of the sudden found they had a tummy!

Well, what are the rest of your measurements. If you don't need to lose weight anywhere else (which it doesn't sound like), then maybe you could look into a breast reduction, if your breasts are causing your problems. Insurance may even cover it.
HTH : )

Swim. artwork out. it's going to drop off. once you look as in case you opt to artwork your cals as much as generic. save up the workout. Counting cals could be relaxing. Get a sprint e book which tells you approaches many cals each nutrition has. inspect hen epidermis and shrimps.
